seven tones, and the translation beside each draft. Everything else — scanning, text recognition,
the example letter, deadline detection, calendar entries, reminders, search, PDF export, the
Face ID lock and data export — is free, permanently.
2. Price. Shown to you in the App Store in your own currency immediately before purchase. No
amount is stated here because prices differ by country; only the price shown at the moment of
purchase applies.
3. Billing and renewal. Purchase is made through your Apple ID. The subscription renews
automatically for the same period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period
ends. Charging occurs within 24 hours before the new period begins.
4. Cancellation. At any time in your Apple account settings (Settings → your name →
Subscriptions) or through "Manage Subscription" in the app. Cancellation takes effect at the end
of the period already paid for; there is no pro-rata refund.
5. Free trial. Where offered, it is disclosed before purchase. Any unused part of a trial is
forfeited on purchase.
6. Refunds. Payments are processed by Apple. We cannot issue a refund directly. Requests go
to Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
7. Right of withdrawal. [COUNSEL: complete once the consumer's counterparty is settled.]
8. After the subscription ends. Every case, analysis and draft you already created stays fully
readable and exportable on your device. Nothing is locked and nothing is deleted. Only new AI
analyses and new drafts revert to the free allowance.
9. Fair use. The monthly number of analyses is limited and stated on the purchase screen. We
may raise that limit but will not lower it below what was promised at purchase.

11. What Brief is not. Brief is not a law firm and does not give legal advice. For court
documents, residence decisions, tax assessments, fine notices and terminations it deliberately
